It was very quiet, the room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. In town centre and near all amenities. The decor was also very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Ian was the best host. It was like visiting a good friend. Large bedroom with great ensuite. Lovely lounge room for guests to use. Great view from the breakfast room. Amazing breakfast, even got me black pudding when I requested it. Small fridge for guests to pop stuff into. As we’re traveling for a long time we had some washing and Ian was kind enough to let us use his machine!! It was warm and cosy. Not far from Glamis Castle.

A little piece of heaven in Brechin. Close to my family & lovely to support local shops. Agnes, a lovely person, very welcoming, friendly & went above & beyond to facilitate our needs. We had a lovely cooked breakfast, plenty of variety & plentiful. Agnes's home was so comfortable & warm, beds very comfortable. Shower & toiletries were lovely as so were the fluffy hand towels, faceclothes & bath towels. It's situated in a very quiet area tucked away so no noise at all. Thank you Agnes for a wonderful stay & experience. Home from home experience. It was lovely to meet you & shared a few laughs too. Highly recommend Gramarsy House for your stay.
