Nice and peaceful. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

The whole hotel is immaculately and tastefully furnished. The rooms had everything we needed with some nice little touches (fresh milk and water). The breakfast was excellent.... quality ingredients freshly cooked and professionally presented. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Everything was perfect. The hostess was really nice, she prepared a really good and nice breakfast. Room cute and really clean. The bathroom was amazing. You can reach everything just walking. We really recommend it.

The Laindons is a Georgian, Grade II-listed building located on the High Street in Hastings’ old town, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and several restaurants.

The Laindons is a B&B as it should be. The house and all rooms are decorated not like a hotel, but like a family living space. Very tasteful, comfortable and pleasant. The hosts are very friendly, breakfast is exceptional. Also the location is perfect in Hastings. Silent street, directly in the centre. The Laindons is certainly not cheap but it is probably the best hotel I have experienced so far.

Incredible attention to detail, absolutely one of the best and most original places I have ever stayed at. Excellent stay, delicious breakfast and an unforgettable experience!

So near everything in the Old Town, a short stroll to the beach and the most beautiful relaxing garden. the hosts were amazing and loved the little touch of the love hearts sweets. dying to return in August. The breakfast would feed a king.
