The decor, garden, staff, and position were all superb. Close to restaurants and town centre. The room was warm and bed was comforyable. Loved the small breakfast table in the room and the excellent continental breakfast just made the whole stay brilliant will certainly be going again. The lights remote controlled plus the garden lights crested a wonderful ambience. Also the bottle of prosecco was a great added bonus.

We liked everything about this stay; the facilities are excellent with high quality fixtures and fittings making you feel comfortable but pampered. Mandy is an excellent host..informative, caring and with (for us) the right level of interaction to ensure privacy and independence of guests. There is an excellent guest area for eating and relaxing although we werent there long enough to use the facilities in full this is a real bonus factor at this stay. It is well placed for all activities in Hornsea, near to the seafront and many bars and restaurants with a short easy walk to the Floral Hall. Plenty of free parking at the back too.

Everything about Villa Farm cottage was of an extremely high standard. The breakfast was exactly what we both asked for and cooked to perfection.
