When we arrived we were greeted by Kate who made us a lovely pot of tea with homemade brownie😀 😀 Room was decorated very nice and was spotless. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and the cooked breakfast was very nice. Nothing was to much trouble and Kate and Terry made us feel very welcome, also advised us of some amazing walks especially from sennon cove to lands end. Our room was nicely decorated and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and in a quiet part of the property. Breakfast was really good with some tasty alternatives to the norm.
