Cosy, exceptionally friendly little hotel/B&B. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was very easy to stay here with a four-year old and ten-month old.

Owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owners were really interesting and as a result we stayed up late chatting with them and also noticed how attentive they were to the other guests’ needs. Very comfortable bed and a nice communal space to relax in with free tea and coffee. Very close to the Cairngorms and local town has some good amenities.

Close to both Kingussie Golf Club and Ruthven Barracks, Avondale House is situated in Kingussie and has spa facilities and garden.
