Great location, just a short walk into Keswick Town. The host was fabulous, friendly and welcoming. Loved the cakes on arrival and the additional mince pies the day after, a lovely additional touch. Breakfast was great, more than enough, Sarah was very accommodating in every way. Nothing was any trouble.

Great breakfast with a small parcel of some home-made moist cake to take with us. Dog friendly place, and our room was large and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the centre of Keswick.
