We were attending a family party just down the road from the Bowling Green so it was perfect location for us, the rooms were lovely and spacious, very comfortable beds, the entrance to the property was very accessible and lovely interior throughout, the staff were lovely and very helpful from the start anything we needed they catered for. It was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. We watched the Man City game and were happy that it was only a 10 minute walk away from the Etihad. It was also an efficient self check in.

Everything, communication, location and everything was catered for. Daft things like every glass type and ear plugs (which came in really handy at 7am sunday morning. A lovely gentleman was in the street below demand his 'tenner' back from his mate that he had lent him, several months before) Couldn't fault the place, gorgeous!

I loved my stay here! The location was so ideal for my stay, it was a quick, picturesque walk by the canal to where I needed to be for work every day and the house was just so lovely and clean! My room was so comfortable and cosy, and had plenty of space. The check-in process was super easy too. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here!
