Claudio was very service minded and had a late check-in for me at midnight, in addition of being very friendly. The room and the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. I slept very well in the bed. Wonderful and excellent breakfast that was included. Nice location next to the parc in Middlesbrough. If I return to Middlesbrough I'll definitely stay here. Top value for the money and great experience.

The staff were amazing! Everything we needed or wanted to do they helped us to achieve. The flexibility, the quality of the service was excellent! It was great to meet the various members of the family and we will never forget the experience. We will be back!

The room had a private bathroom and was very clean and comfortable. My husband was in James Cook University Hospital so I stayed here to be close to the hospital. I felt safe the host was fantastic and even extended check out to 2pm as I couldn't visit the hospital before that time I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Room was comfortable and really nice to be in, the bathroom was the perfect size too. The welcome facilities, tea, coffee etc were well stocked. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

This was tremendous value. Such a reasonable price. Feels safe, secure and clean. The woman behind the bar was really helpful and a good laugh. The bar is friendly to have a drink in. I'd be happy to go again. If you are looking for a good friendly bar The Golden Smog is worth checking out too. IF you are looking for good food the shawarma cafe up the street is tremendous.
