everything - the room was great, the bathroom even had a tub. Hilary was very friendly and welcoming. the location is great, you can walk easily to Calton Hill to enjoy the view over Edinburgh, the train station is not far and there are several bus stops nearby. also, the breakfast has good options :)

We couldn’t have imagined a more charming stay. You feel and see the love that Lydie put into the house from the moment you step foot into the door. The room was spacious and cozy, the bed very comfortable. Also, the location of the house is great since it‘s walking distance to the center of town, surrounded by many cafés and shops but hidden away in a residential area. All in all: The perfect place to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a busy day in town.

The place was clean, the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Daily cleaning was thorough, and we happily came back to a nice clean room every day. Breakfast was a good start of the day, nice and filling, with a big pot of coffee to kickstart the day even better
