A lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful home. The views are spectacular and the room we stayed in was superb, with an amazing shower! Bob and Olha were super hosts, friendly and attentive without being invasive. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast the next day but it smelt delicious.

Stayed here after doing the 4 waterfalls walk. After a good 5 hours of walking we arrived at the Ancient Briton we were greeted by friendly helpful staff and shown to our room. Recently refurbished pub the room was very spacious and very clean and the beds very comfortable. We later went on to have a meal the food was very good all locally sourced meat etc and the deserts hand made. In the morning breakfast was prepared by emma the landlady and again was beyond expectation. Overall I was very impressed and would highly recommend the Ancient Briton

A wonderful family-run farmhouse B&B. Be prepared for a warm Welsh welcome. Nigel and Jane were the perfect hosts making our stay just that more special. The room is cosy and comfortable and a superb breakfast is provided – choice of Traditional or Welsh. Don’t forget to try the variety of jams. We would have loved to stay longer to make use of the common rooms especially the period style lounge. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle. Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Gower Peninsula and Pembrokeshire are just a short drive away. Sorry we did not get to meet Rosie and Jasmine.

A beautiful clean room in a lovely house. Breakfast was perfect. The location could not have been better for us, close to the motorway on our way to the ferry for Ireland. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful.
