Perfect location (1 min walk to the bus stop if you want to get to the city centre, or if you just want to go to the beach- no need to go to the city centre, just walk down the hill and you will find yourself in a less busy Carbis Bay beach) If you are coming on a train-stop at Carbis Bay beach and then walk up the hill ~7 min, at the junction with the main road turn right, 1 min walk and you will reach the "Green apple" B&B. 10min walk to Tesco/1 min walk (opposite direction) to the local supermarket and pharmacy. Delicious continental breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Comfortable beds. View to the sea from the front garden (also we were lucky to see the sea through our window). Very friendly host. Just ask and he will give you the best advice on how to find a secret most beautiful path to the beach or how to navigate the city centre.

The apartment was very clean, and all essential was there. Location was perfect! Not even 10 min from centre. From the apartment we had beautiful view on the sea! The owners was really helpful:) if you need there is an option to book their car park with nice price. Really recommend this place !!!

Great room with everything you could need and perfect location right in the very centre of St. Ives. The host came to greet us and gave us lots of wonderful recommendations. Parking is tricky in St. Ives, but we managed to find a space in the car park suggested by Ken. We had a great time, thanks again.

Location was perfect being only minutes away from the harbour and a variety of restaurants, eateries and attractions. Our host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; recommending a plethora of breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as attractions to see.     A great night sleep! The property is ideally located between Penzance and St Ives with only a 15 minutes drive to either. It is spacious and clean and has all the facilities a visitor may require. We had a great night sleep in this quiet little village. The friendly host greeted us on arrival and we also had a private parking space for our vehicle. We had breakfast provided by the host in the room. I will highly recommend Primrose House for your next trip to Cornwall.
