Comfortable bed, good pressure hot shower. The hostess was very nice and prepared dinner in a bank holiday when there were no other food options in the village. I needed to leave early so she left me some pastries :D

We received a warm welcome and were VERY well looked after by everybody at the Barbon Inn. The location is in a quiet, peaceful location. The Inn itself is very old, but beautifully maintained by its owners. who will do everything to help those staying. They have a good menu for all meals. The food is well presented and of excellent quality.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the day of the Queen's funeral and everything was shut so as we travelled to Dent we were unable to get any meal along the way. When we arrived in Dent it too was quiet but George and Dragon went out their way to welcome us and to accommodate us even though they too were meant to shut for the day. We are so grateful they opened for us and gave us dinner as without them we would have been stranded. The best part is they did it so graciously and kindly and we were served really well. Thank you guys for a wonderful and memorable stay. Dent us beautiful and a listed village so really worth a visit and we would definitely recommend George and Dragon. The food is also great.

Stunning room and bathroom. and great location not too far off the main route. Breakfast and dinner were both great too and staff were accomodating of us altering a kids meal to suit our little boy. They also kindly got us some milk for him at bedtime free of charge.
