    The location was outside Sheringham (quiet) but an easy 15 minute walk to the town, bus stop, railway station and (if you want to) Steam Railway. Ian mentioned that bus travel is very cheap, so we went everywhere by bus and train. Breakfasts were very nice and (although it was outside our room), there was a cold drinking facility and a fridge with cold milk for each room. The room was spotless and we had a nice view over the front garden. Christine and Ian was excellent hosts.

    Good location great parking meet with the host soon as we got there went through the details went straight to our room very helpful lovely inside thinking it was small from the outside but had many rooms very quiet and comfortable very welcoming excellent breakfast to set you up for the day

    A lovely house in a great location, so quiet and peaceful. Christine and Ian are great hosts, welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely clean room and a great ensuite with a walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice , the home made bread was lovely.

    lovely period home in a great location . quiet and 15 min walk to town centre . very comfortable en-suite room (crab) good modern shower excellent breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, the team @ picaroons are very helpful and friendly and was great to chat about life in the B&B . would def stay again when next in sheringham .
