Perfect waterfront inn with a restaurant and bar downstairs. Parking can be a challenge but we did not experience it.

The room was clean and comfortable. WIFI was good. Location is convenient and the view out our window was fantastic.

Immaculately Clean. Lovely staff Great value for money and inclusive of breakfast! My room was brilliant. Even had bluetooth outlets to connect a phone/tab charge lead to if required. Many more creature comforts in my room than some of the larger much more expensive hotels. Dave and Alison were brilliant hosts. A reasonable size carpark and room to park on local roads too. A Marks and Spencer petrol station about 10 mins walk away towards Aberdeen and a lovely village in the opposite direction with a great pub and Co op supermarket across the road from the pub. Pub is open till midnight . Coop closes at 10pm weekdays. Indian and chinese takeaways locally too.

Beautiful home and lovely part of town. Clean, quiet, and free parking. Very friendly owners provided a great breakfast and recommended nearby places to eat and visit. Great recommendation on a tourist attraction in Edinburgh, which was our next stop.
