Very clean. Bed very comfortable (& I'm a bad-backer, so not easily pleased). Private parking. Location great both for the town itself & nearby facilities, 5 mins drive to Clumber Park, with Sherwood Forest also nearby. It's above a restaurant but was surprisingly quiet in the room.
