Nicola, wonderful host. Provided a hot n hearty breakfast, cooked to order. Cottage is a good size, charming n warm... underfloor heating :) V.comfy king-size bed, tea n pod coffee w milk provided. Plenty of fluffy white towels w bonus towel robes in the cupboard! Toiletries also provided. Parking provided on the property. Nicola recommended The Boat Restaurant, [near Hollies Farm B&B]. Dinner was OUTSTANDING!!! This place also provides for kids. Go! You won't regret it :]

Ample space for parking, in a rural setting, no noises, lovely bedroom with a personal bathroom. Had a nice tea caddy in the bedroom for some cookies, tea and coffee. Both regular and decaf. We had a silent nights sleep. The was complete with juice, coffee and tea. Eggs and salmon, basket of sweet bread, and jams and jellies. We traveled into Farndon and dined at The Hare, and had a great meal there. On a Saturday night both the Hare and Cock o’Barton were both packed and should have been booked. It was a good night of rest and food.

First of all, It is a Prime location near all the major points of interest. Then, when you step inside, you are welcome in a realm of love, care, kindness and consideration. The host is simply fascinating, and so generous! The house itself is to date the best guest house I have ever been. The layout allows for space and privacy. Our room was more like a studio with loads of space 🤩. Use of the kitchen is a top criteria, as well as the washer/dryer Sharon will provide you with all what you need, all the while respectful of your privacy. Had a great conversation about Doctorate and PhD 's projects. Unforgettable experience!

It was such a lovely atmosphere, being in a converted old chapel. High ceilings and gorgeous cosy rooms. Sally went above and beyond what a host should have to do. She was very accommodating and helped me whenever I needed some support getting to places and finding my way around.

Extremely friendly and cosy B&B just 2 min walk from the heart of Llangollen. Spacious room and lovely shower. Huge bath towels too! TV/internet all worked fine. Complimentary tea/coffee in room. It was perfect. Lovely people that did their best to allow us to have a pleasent stay. We have been looking for some peace and quiet in a proper welsh country house. The house is as traditional as it can get, but not missing out any of the modern ameneties. You can tell it is well maintained. Also everything was very clean. Slept like rocks in the beds and enjoyed the flat and salon. Just 10 min scenic walk and you end up in Druid Inn Pub thats serves good food (call for table before). I really recommend staying here.
