Pleasant accommodation in large room with small private bathroom inside, well heated; at disposal a kitchen very well equipped. All in a beautiful context, very clean and tidy, there is also a large panoramic terrace. The host is really welcoming and thoughtful, available for any information and need.     The only good thing of this place is that it was clean and cheap. However, as comparison we stayed in another guesthouse in Batumi for the same price and the place was 3X as big and had private parking and a washing machine which this place NOT have unlike what they are saying on Booking so compared to that the cheapness wasn't that great either. The ad is very deceiving, it is just a tiny room hard to reach walking and by car, couldn't leave soon enough.

    Stunning view, the garden had the best view we enjoyed in Georgian accommodation (10/10). The house is outside Borjomi but we preferred to be where it is more quiet. The owner was very sweet and charming, helping us with laundry and local advice. An affordable rate.

    Very good and kind family run boutique hotel, clean and well heated room, central location, homemade good breakfast. Common kitchen with refrigerator and drinkable water are available. Other guests were not noisy and so, the hotel offered quiet environment for rest. I could not manage to start but TV also is available in the room.

    The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was spaceous with huge windows and black-out curtains. Everything was clean and tidy. We were even given a private parking, fresh fruits and chacha in a fridge. There is a small shop right next to the house.
