A family house near the church in Ubisa. Excellent location, beautiful view, large and clean room, a large yard and big terrace. The owners are very welcoming, the price is decent. I received by email exact directions to get there. Pay attention to this road, if you don't have a bigger car, it is preferable to walk the last part (2-300 m).

The host family was very friendly and generous. Communication was fast and responsive. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast with endless amounts of absolutely delicious foods. The room and bathroom was sparkling clean. The location is near the Chiatari cable cars and neighboring the monastery. They also have local chacha and wine for sale, very convienently. It was one of my great experiences of my trip to Georgia.

the house is very beautiful - georgian style. spacious common areas, beautiful terrace, when you wake up in the morning and go to the back terrace for a brief moment you have the impression you are somewhere in Asia. All green, with a nice palm tree there, the wineyards. The breakfast is simply amazing! the host is very nice and her son David is very friendly and accommodating.

The location itself is a great to rest. The garden is rare with its flowers and plants. In fact it’s nested in green landscapes and the peace around you makes you feel home and safe. I asked for a host lady if it was possible to have a breakfast and it was totally worth it, so delicious. On the other hand, beds were so comfy. It was all clean around.
