The beach nearby is perfect for surfing. Place is quiet, being in a rather remote area - the plus side is that food prices nearby are really low. For reference, a very high quality chocolate milkshake from a nearby restaurant costed me less than 1 Singapore dollar, which is ridiculously cheap. Surfing lessons are provided for beginners. The villa is very quiet and chill. They are only two rooms in the villa. The pool is very nice and next to the villa is the best restaurant in town, the name is avocado. Cheap and nice food! No Bali belly :). All in all I would book it again. In the other room was a German guy at the same time, his name was Nico. The staff were great and the accomodation was clean and comfortable. Nice quiet change from busy crowded kuta. My bed was pretty comfortable and the fan and mosquito net were just perfect as it's not that hot in the night there as in some other parts of Bali. It's a simple accommodation but you get everything what you need. Access to the shared kitchen was great.
