Its basic. Clean enough but basic. We were arriving on train at 2am and out by 8am so just needed a place to sleep. It served that purpose as a budget place.

I had a great time staying here for a few days. Herry is an absolute great, friendly and welcoming host! He offered pickup with his car from the airport (which is not too far). I had some issues with my stomach and he helped me buy medicine, his wife even cooked great soup for me to help me get better soon. The rooms are decent and good for the price. If you want to stay a few days in Surabaya and want to have a local experience, go here.
