Great location - middle of Athy, overlooking the square (or other side). Central and close to water (boat rides), train station (5min), all sightseeing. Staff super friendly and immediate communication, flexible with arrival time, responsive. Room exactly as in the picture (we had double two single beds) - very comfortable mattress, nice bedding, soft clean carpets. Very nice basic bathroom. Kettle and teas/ coffee/ water. Delicious breakfast next door included (loved it - great coffee, yummy Irish Breakfast, veg options). Highly recommend for all who want to be in the middle of action in Athy! And bar downstairs as well if you want to feel very Irish ☘️ . Loved it! Came for a wedding and stayed all next day just enjoying the town! Very friendly places. Highly recommend. Not luxury but exactly what we love and need when we travel with my son!

lovely new bnb in athy so near town and train station and yet quite great for a good night sleep after a long day, lovely cosy bedroom like the photos bed was so soft, staff were friendly even helped me with extra towels for my stay, great selection on offer for breakfast, will definitely revisit when I'm back in athy.

It was a dream.. absolutely amazing accomodation.. large kitchen with a lot of equipment, nice and clean room and bathroom. Everything there is so stylish, so beautiful. I cannot describe it, you must stay there. Staff very kind, local dogs lovely..very recommended!

Brilliant location right in the middle of everything. Soundproof, I couldn't hear the outside at night. Room was very clean and comfortable. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Free breakfast available in cupboards / fridge, as well as use of appliances. Lounge area with sofas and TV, as well as free WiFi. Overall a very positive experience, you get more than you pay for.
