Friendly staff; a great place to eat with lively music, although this stopped at 10pm so it was quiet for sleeping. Very convenient to Blarney Castle and we were allowed to leave our car in their carpark while we visited to castle. Breakfast was a delicious full Irish breakfast.

Ronnie and Armen were excellent hosts! They were super friendly and helpful in planning our visit to Cobh and the surrounding area. They have the most adorable golden doodles, George and Teddy, who are very friendly and cuddly. We were able to pet them and have great conversations with our hosts. Breakfast was amazing, there was nothing wanting and everything was prepared thoughtfully and to our taste; we could have sat in the breakfast room all morning! Parking was very easy. There were plenty of linens and towels for the room (which smelled amazing), and if we needed anything, our hosts were very obliging, asking questions to ensure our comfort. Would stay again and again!

Great pit stop with welcoming hosts. Haven’t stayed in a proper BnB in years and made me remember why they are so good. Room was spacious and comfy bed, easy parking and close to the village with pubs and the castle. Nice to stay outside of the city centre as was very quiet. Great breakfast in the morning too.
