Bright, spacious room with very comfortable bed. The place was spotless and felt so fresh. We loved the in-room Continental breakfast - such a unique touch! Very close to Cong. Teresa is a lovely lady and we would definitely stay again - highly recommend!

David & Martha are wonderful hosts & go out of their way to help with anything you need. They were wonderful to us. We could walk everywhere & the house was lovely, comfortable & so clean. David took my husband out fishing & they had the best time.

We stayed here for one week as we explored County Galway. The house is centrally located, so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go within one hour. Mary and Gerry are fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Mary gave us great suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the area. Each morning we had a hot breakfast prepared to order. We wanted a local Irish place to stay, and that is exactly what we got!

    We were at a wedding at the Ashford lodge . It’s excellent location very close to it . The staff at breakfast were very friendly and so helpful . It was lovely they told us the stories about the movie the quiet man . Highly recommend this b and b

    The host was Rachael very kind, the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Cong is a charming village at the gates of the Connemara where you can find restaurants, bars, a beautiful forest to walk in. It is also famous for the movie The Quiet Man. To sum up it was a perfect stay.

    Central position in the village, an easy walk from bars and the restaurant. Breakfast was served in a light, airy room by a charming and friendly member of staff who took extra trouble to ensure we were happy with our very large and filling meal. Convenient parking out front, a short walk from The Quiet Man statue and the attractive river across the road

    A great location in the centre of Cong with parking and a key so we could come and go as we pleased. The owner and staff were very pleasant, helpful and caring. The room had a lovely view and was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
