Wow, AMAZING! Very peaceful and relaxing. Lisa (host) really made us feel at home, with her kind and warm nature, not forgetting her tasty home cooked meals. Lisa was very helpful, booking taxis and our own river cruise of the back waters. Highly recommend if it’s Peace and Quiet you are looking for. Will definitely return one day.

The location is exceptional, with an amazing view from the room to the backwaters! You need to get on a ferry boat to reach the hotel, which is also a very nice ride through the backwaters. The room is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. The owner and stuff are very welcoming and nice, and the included breakfast was plenty and delicious. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience staying at Johnson’s! The house and the accommodation are excellent — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect: peaceful, well..connected, and surrounded by nature...I spent one unforgettable night on their houseboat in the backwaters, and it was truly incredible.
