Raj cottage is very comfortable. My room was large, with a big kingsized bed, private bathroom, with constant hot water. It was very clean with nice warm linen. There is a lovely rooftop terrace, where I could read or work in the warmth of the sun. Prakesh helped me with my laundry which I could dry on the terrace. The breakfasts were generous and Prakesh made me extra wonderful masala chai. Highly recommended and safe for a lone travelling female.

Usually I am sceptical about the accommodations with not so many reviews, but the reviews I red for holy cow persuaded me to come here. And what should I say - it exceed all my expectations and I am very happy to be here! Holy cow is a real hidden pearl! Located on the quieter and greener riverside of Ganga, Holy Cow is close to lots of attractions, cafes, shops and from here you can start beautiful hikes to waterfalls or just relax on the Ganga. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, even a small but good quipped kitchen is provided. On the roof of the stay you can do yoga or just enjoy the view of the Himalaya. And what makes the real difference is the host, Rajiv ji, who is a very warm-hearted, caring, kind, helpful and amazing person. As well the crew here helps you in everything, whatever you need. I feel very grateful to be here, thank you for this beautiful experience 🙏

The room was spacious, well illuminated and clean. There is hot water and is in a quiet part of town yet 5 min walk to the Ganges. Puja the hostess is wonderful, she was very kind and accommodated all our needs. We would definitely come back.

I loved the family atmosphere, the location and that is clean. Vishal is super helpful and the staff super sweet. It is quiet for a nice sleep. Ask for a room with Mountain View's as the private terrace is a nice place to read or just chill out. I traveled around India and believe me clean places are hard to find. Even expensive hotels aren't as clean as their counterparts in other countries.
