The guest house was located in a very picturesque Albese Con Cassano, our room had a beautiful view on the nearby church. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine, comfortable, well equipped. But the best thing about the stay was the stuff. The breakfast were served in cafe Piazza Motta. The stuff was so friendly, the positivity of the staff made our day!!!!

Such a charming place. Everything was great! The room, conversation with hosts, info about the stay was clear with a lot of details, classic Italian breakfast with the best tasty pistachio croissants. Spacious, quiet, comfortable! Coffee machine with stocked pods. Toiletries and towels. Would make an amazing location for a longer stay unfortunately it was one night only. I had driven 10hrs across the alps from Switzerland and was the most comfortable I’d been on my entire trip. Host also accommodated motorbike for parking up for the night and was very happy to help.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The homemade breakfast was a true highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The location is convenient for exploring many must-see attractions in the area, though having a car is necessary. Simone and his family were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had all the tips and support we needed to make the most of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming heart warm owners. Beautiful villa with top class hotel readiness but yet with warm and homely interior. Classy home made breakfast. Went to Albavilla from Como with bus and to get to hotel we had a lovely walk trough small roads up the hill - Perfect location to rest and walk around small village besides mountainy forest area.

    A very nice place to stay. Apartments look great. The house has private territory that makes the stay very comfortable. Thanks to owner, Sergio, the stay was very pleasing. Kudos to him. There is a place to park a car. We highly recommend this place to stay during your visit to Italy.

    Really nicely decorated rooms, well equipped and newly refurbished bathrooms. Good location not too far from Como. Great breakfast and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice little private terrace.
