    Quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood with lots of free parking, easy walk to the station for day trips to Bologna. Breakfast in the morning was so convenient - in the hall outside the room. Good family restaurant nearby as recommended by the host. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. The host is very good, communicative, helpful, wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

    Everything was top notch . Great position , private parking , great host ! It was just really great BB place ! Breakfast was amazing . I recommend this and sure be coming back if on my way to Bologna.

    Location is just 10 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from Bolonia city centre. Nick is soooo helpful. He waited for us till 11:00pm because of typical Ryan Air delay, opened the gate and checked us in. There is pizza place 2 minutes walk that stays open till 10:30pm. There is free car park The breakfast is fantastic

    Everything was wonderful. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming, you feel like you are with family. The location is very close to the city, you have a bus right in front of the house that takes you directly to the city centre. The breakfast was great, with lots of products and a great thing is that it is brought to your room. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
