The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

The property was beautiful and very well presented, it felt like a home from home and all the details had been thought of, the gardens were lovely and the view of Assisi with the countryside are fantastic. The owners are lovely and made me feel at home which was nice being a solo traveller.

very typical and beautiful Italian house and family! 😉😍in the middle and front of nature.(w Paolo and Perla are very nice and welcome us with passion! thank you we walked from station of Bastia, around 15mins, and from here can easily take train to Assis/ Perugia the room is clean and full of sun ☀️ we paid for breakfast we ate very well and with joy!     Lovely people! They prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning and they took us to the airport. Also, because we didn't have a car, they've helped us with the transportation. Beautiful location! Peace and quiet. Lovely garden. I would return to stay for at least two weeks, just to clear my head and fill my soul with joy. I recommend it with all my heart!

    extremely clean - lovely spacious room - friendly helpful host so close to the airport and host collected us and took us back for a very reasonable price garden is pretty and a nice place to sit it’s really quiet and peaceful Assisi is really stunning and october was a great time to visit - uncrowded and sunny ! beautiful town and surrounding area
