Maria Grazia and Cesare were wonderful hosts. When we arrived from the airport they greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. They upgraded us to the apartment which had large rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Outside there was a terrace where we could relax on an evening. The parking was convenient and we were provided with a fob for the gates. The b and b is in walking distance of the town which was great for getting down to see the nightly events and go to the restaurants in Soriano. The breakfast was phenomenal every day, there were homemade cakes, pastries, lots of fruit and meat every morning all served in the beautiful breakfast room upstairs. Everything about our stay was wonderful and Maria Grazia and Cesare were so congratulatory when half way through our stay we got engaged. They were also very kind giving us lots of recommendations of places to go in the local area and over in Umbria.

Great place not far from the historic center. Very well-maintained garden and the premises inside. The room had everything you needed, even for a long stay. Very large bathroom. When we arrived, the heating in the building was working and everywhere was warm. This provided additional advantage and comfort as the weather became cold in the evening. Safe parking, which was very important to us. Parking on the street in front of the house as the street has a barrier and is only accessible to the people living there. The owners were extremely kind and responsive, which made our stay very enjoyable. We were recommended a restaurant in the historic center not far from the hotel and the food was very tasty. Breakfast was very rich and with hot and cold drinks. Superb coffee. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Great location close to Villa Lante and to the village piazza. Very sweet hostess, who carried my bag up two flights of treacherous Renaissance-era stairs to my room. Spoke no English and I spoke no Italian, but we did OK. Room was larger than expected and had a queen sized bed, also not expected. Windows overlooked the piazza, which was hoppin' that night, but I could close the windows AND indoor shutters to sleep. It's fun to see the locals socializing in the traditional men-only and women-only groups in front of the gelato stand. Parking was sort of close-by, just downhill by the train tracks. Although Google maps will tell you to drag your suitcase up the parking lot drive, across a bridge with no sidewalk, and up the street to the hotel, there are instead 2-3 access allies between the lot and the next street.

    It was such a wonderful place. Close to the Autobahn, but a quiet an historical place at the same time. We had only one night there and traveled to the south of Italy the next morning. We will come back again.
