Wow, an elegant modern bed and breakfast situated in the most amazing garden, feels like a royal villa. The breakfast was fantastic offering of croissants, coffees, fruits and any thing else you wanted, served in the gazebo in the garden. So elegant. The rooms are modern and well appointed, lovely soaps and products offered in the bathroom.

The owner is very kind, and the room you get for the price is above everything you can hope. It's not a hotel, you won't get morning breakfast, which everyone is writing in the reviews, but if you want best room for the buck, it's the place to go. And if you have a rental car, everything is close, and the location is good to reach Fiuciamo airport ~1h. Thanks for hosting us!

The service that we got from Massimo was beyond expectations even though his English is not perfect, The place is super clean, everything new and in a great condition, the pool was very nice, we also liked the breakfast, I traveled with a family and we all enjoyed , I defensively can recommend that place!
