Family hotel with nice hosts. The hotel designed very nicely. Kiko the dog was the best bonus, we couldn't stop playing with him. Breafast was good, location is central and quiet. Please open an Instagram for Kiko so we can keep follow his adventures.

Overall, it was an amazing stay, everything felt truly special. Rafaella was very gentle and welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel is spotless, beautifully kept, and such a perfect place to relax. We had a truly unforgettable stay at this hotel — everything was absolutely impeccable. The place is new, spotlessly clean at all times, and clearly run with love and care by a wonderful family. The rooms are spacious, with large, modern bathrooms, and everything is thoughtfully prepared for snow sports — from ski storage to helpful tips about the area. The location is also spot on — just a 4-minute walk from the ski lift, which made everything incredibly easy and convenient. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care — the perfect start to the day. however, what truly sets this hotel apart, besides the comfort and attention to detail, is the warmth and generosity of the people behind it. We had an unexpected situation where our car couldn’t handle the snow (we’re not very experienced with winter driving), and at 10 PM, in the middle of the mountains, the father and one of the daughters came to pick us up. Their kindness and willingness to help was something we’ll never forget — they truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended — and we absolutely look forward to coming back!
