What can you say about this B&B well we stayed here for 4 nights and I have to say from the time we arrived until the time we left Barbara who owns it treated us like friends what a great host and such a lovely person she is along side her husband Roberto. Nothing is to much trouble and Barbara is just a lovely human being with a great smile. We had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone who told us they were going to lake Como. The property is spotlessly clean and perfectly run, the rooms are a nice size and have air-conditioning which was perfect as it was 30 C when we were there. It's 2 mins walk to the lake and 5 mins walk to the shops and supermarkets. It's in the perfect location for restaurants and also the local bus routes or ferry crossings. So all together this is just a great place to stay. Will we return yes when we are next in the area of lake Como. Thanks for a great stay Ross&Gail.xx

I absolutely enjoyed the fantastic facilities including the peaceful time while reading my book near swimming pool with jacuzzi outdoors. The owner was so helpful that helped me to get into the train station personally.

Literally everything! Property is fresh and clean, has everything needed. Delicious breakfasts. The landscape is stunning... We were unlucky to get rainy weather and had no car - landlady gave us a lift to the train station, very kind of her 🙏

Everything! Newly done, or at least everything looks in perfect condition. Everything is as in the photos given or better!! * Breakfast was lovely. * Amazing views of the lake and mountains. * Very clean, comfortable bed, towels and linen. * Free parking.     Place is in good location. Next to apartment is Como lake and you can go to swim. City center and ferry port is about 10 minutes walk by lake. Apartment is cosy, have fridge. They have private parking. Owners gave all necessary information about ferry schedule, restaurants. Breakfast typical italian.

    We spent 5 nights at this wonderful location. We had room Nelly and loved it. Enough couches and chairs to sit, very big room with an entree hall and large bathroom. Isabella ran the breakfast buffet in the morning! Wonderful. Much choice from fresh fruits and nuts, home made cakes and jams ect. She was also very helpful on tips where to go, how to go, where to park etc. The villa is in a quiet location within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. From there you can cover most of the lake within an hour, traffic permitting.
