Laura and her family were lovely and helpful. The accommodation was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped to make dinners after a long day of sight seeing. It’s only 4 minutes away from a town square filled with practical stores (restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, train station). The pool was excellent as well. Laura made a beautiful buffet breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. We would happily stay there again.

The host, Sylivia, was amazing!! She brought breakfast to my room each morning and even cooked me dinner one evening. The room i stayed in, ROSA, was amazing. The views from the room/balcony were amazing. Had a lovely day by the pool again. Amazing views.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The host went above and beyond to make our trip truly special, even taking my family and me on a memorable half-day trip to the stunning Castel Gandolfo. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. He was always available to assist and ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and welcoming, with a charming atmosphere made even better by the presence of the host's adorable dog! I would very much like to recommend this apartment, Monica in Marco is always very kind, helping and making herself available for any questions. It was an excellent stay in this place, everything was very clean and organized. Well located very close to the metro in Rome. A 10-minute walk and we were at the Anagnina metro station. Everything very clean and organized, towels changed every day, excellent stay, I recommend everyone to stay there. The iphone charging cable broke, Marco quickly lent me his. Wifi works great. I was very happy to stay at this location.

Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.
