Very hospital host. Nice big new room with balcony, very cozy and clean. Terrace upstairs with view on the mountains. Close by pub Da Baró with excellent food. Great place to stop and travel around with a motorcycle.

The breakfast was traditional Italian with delicious jams, croissants, salami, prociuto, cheese, fruit juice and since we don't drink coffee or tea, they gave us delicious hot chocolate. We stayed in the Camera del Mare which is quite quiet and away from main streets. We liked this room because the bathroom was right in the room. It was very clean -- extremely clean. The owners were so charming and helpful. They gave us lots of helpful hints in getting around.

This was probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. An unassuming property from the outside, the front door opens into a beautiful reception area for check in. Up a winding staircase is a modern fully equipped kitchen/dining area which serves two bedrooms. Breakfast is self service but the choice of different foods is incredible. Our bedroom was spectacular, with very high vaulted ceilings, a great bathroom with an amazing shower, air con and a very comfortable bed. On a side street, there was very little noise, despite the rebuilding of the City which is ongoing. Our host was welcoming and gave us good recommendations for restaurants nearby. I can’t speak highly enough of this property.

    Great location, a stone's throw away from the city centre. The place has a great vibe, and beautiful, nicely renovated, and spacious rooms. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was great. The owners are super friendly and know a lot about their city. Therefore, they can tell you the best places to visit in L'Aquila to have a great time. I would definitely visit this place again.
