The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!

The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, and the coffee prepared by Lucia was simply outstanding. The free on-site parking was a great convenience, and we truly enjoyed the peace, quiet, and fresh air during our stay. Just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, there is an excellent restaurant recommended to us by Lucia.

We had a lovely time here. The location was nice the facilities were all good but most of all the hospitality was amazing. The madam that owned the place and our host Amerey... Lovely hospitable people. I would definitely go again and stay here. The garden area is amazing.

Lorenzo and Pamela are excellent hosts. The rooms are clean and decorated in a rustic style, comfortable for the four of us. Terrace with a fantastic view and sunset over the entire valley. Tuscan breakfast, with homemade cake every morning. They made us feel like guests at a friend's place, not like tourists. Thank you and Bravo

Lovely traditional house located on a green hill, with a lovely view and garden. The room was large, with a separate entrance that offers a sense of privacy.     Incredible nice place! Wonderful view to landscape! Calm and quiet environment. The breakfast surprised me, it was only sweet cookies, but they were happy to bring a normal breakfast on request. The staff and owner were very kind.
