This accomodation was absolutely amazing. Beautiful apartment with very nice hosts and with the home made breakfast. It was perfectly clean, comfortable, awesome shower, high quality organic shampoo... I mean you can not get better. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place tuck away but perfect location for us to visit with friends who live in Concordia. So quite and beautifully maintained, breakfast was fabulous. Service was wonderful they would provide us with drinks on request. Tamara queen of the Villa was fabulous.

From the moment we arrived, this was an experience, much more than accommodation. Guido was a divine host who displayed passion for all that he does; family, balsamic vinegar, and the 'puppies', which is a true test of character. The recommendations that he provided were exceptional, and we were incredibly grateful for the care in providing a wonderful visit. Be sure to book ahead for a tour of the facilities, which is heartfelt and inspiring. We certainly hope to be able to visit again.

Roomy and lovely private bathroom. Open air smoking area available. Excellent location in the centre of Carpi: 5 minutes walk to the main square and cathedral and surrounded by all types of shops. The owner is friendly and easily reachable for any need or queries. This is my second stay here and I'm thoroughly satisfied.
