    The rooms are well-designed, functional, stylish and clean. The bed was very comfortable with good linen. The dining area is beautiful - charming and characterful.     The owner was fantastic. She made delicious breakfast with fresh fruits from the garden and many different homemade jams. Despite our very basic Italian, we had extensive conversations and she gave us a whole list of great tips for sightseeing and tasting regional cuisine. The locations is quiet and very clean.
