That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children. The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies

The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

The view is absolutely amazing. Even more so than the one most people visit a little downhill. Great to see Modica light up at night too. I walked up, which was quite tough in the heat. But if you're fit and not arriving with too much luggage it should be fine. Arriving by car would be best, of course. The room is a little old fashioned but otherwise very well maintained. Everything was perfectly clean too. The little fridge was nice to have and the air-conditioning worked well. I slept like a baby. Unless you need something modern or cannot make it all the way up I cannot imagine finding better value in Modica. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in Modica, couldn't recommend one better!! Gianpiero was an exceptional host. We had a small issue with the hot water, he took care of everything asap and didn't charge us for the breakfast plan. If we go back to Modica, we will stay in the same place, no doubt. Very pleasant stay. The property was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, even though a bit difficult to find it for the first time, but love the quiet environment. Bed very comfortable. Washing machine is good to use and brings convenience. Room maintained very clean. Breakfast excellent and plentiful with good flavor and service.
