We had an amazing stay at this property in Mondello Beach, just outside Palermo. The location is perfect — only a few steps from the magnificent sandy beach — and the house itself is beautiful. The pool with jacuzzi jets was a highlight, and the room was very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with organic eggs and fresh ingredients that made it feel really special. The best part of all was our host, Noemi. She was wonderful — always helpful, very responsive, and ready to assist with any request we had. Her kindness and attention made our stay feel truly welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mondello or Palermo. We would happily return!

The property is in neighborhood that is very close to the beach. All the restaurants and beach activities are very close by. The property has a very lush green yard surrounding the building. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hostess Roberta can’t do enough for she puts her heart and soul into her B &B.

The hosts were exceptional, they helped us rent a car, pointed us to good places to visit, they were always there for any questions and really pleasant to talk to. Breakfast options were fresh and delicious with a cup of coffee that the host would make upon request. The place is very clean, comfortable, short walk from the beach and has a perfect garden!

Loved our stay here and the host! He was so sweet and made the best coffees. Communication was great and easy. Room was also very large, clean and comfy. Would stay here again! Also one of the best breakfasts we had.

The owners are very thoughtful and accommodating. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, nutritious and made to order. It was quiet and clean. Excellent location for walking to the beach and or numerous restaurants and vendors. I would stay here again!

We loved the location, and the room was so cute and perfect for our weekend stay! We loved using the outdoor kitchen, so close to the beach, and Alexandra was incredibly kind and so helpful!! We are so appreciative and definitely will be staying here if we ever come back- 10/10 recommend!!
