This is a lovely little hotel, perfect for a short stay, within walking distance of everything. The owner was very helpful and kind. Breakfast is provided in your room, which includes a great selection for all tastes. There is also a refrigerator in the room, a TV and a very comfy bed.

We had a pleasure of staying at Sibolla Holidays estate, and it was unforgettable experience. Nested at the Sibolla Lake in Altopascio this accomodation offers a serene and picturesque setting that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding olive grove and proximity to nature make it a tranquil retreat. Location is perfect as a start point for nearby cities like, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Siena, San Gimignano and Firenze. Owners are very friendly and attentive making sure all our needs were met. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. The accommodation was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. For the price Sibolla Holidays offers exceptional value, and makes it a top choice for anyone looking to explore Tuscany.

Cinzia was really super host since the beginning. We were travelling with our toddler and even before the arrival she offered to us a crib to make it ready. Since we actually arrived, Cinzia was helpful all the time. She told us where we can eat, what to visit, with some sale. She was really nice and easy to talk person, during the breakfasts she was smiling and doing funny things with our baby, we were chitchatting multiple times, and those breakfasts were amazing (we were even eating on a terrace) with local products from bakery (I guess her friend if I remember correctly). During our stay she was also asking if we have trash to remove, change our sheets or towels. So I can only recommend.

Lovely Tuscan villa, refurbished with a lot of passion and small little details, which make it a cosy and familiar place, to enjoy and relax. Nice little pool and beautiful and quiet surroundings in the middle of nature, however close to many points of interest. The hosts are really helpful, flexible and kind, welcoming you in a warm and familiar way. You should try the "wine room" in the annexed chapel, it is a fantastic experience and it made our stay just perfect, as well as the evenings spent on the pool loungers, with a glass of good wine.

Breakfast consisted of local and homemade produce and baking, excellent! Dinner was cooked from scratch and represented local cuisine and Nonna’s recipes, the Zuppa alla Garfagnia was to die for.
