Beautiful room, extremely clean and tidy, with everything one would need. Erik, the host, was really kind and welcoming with us. He made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

I chose this room for one night stay in Parma because it is close train station and city centre as well. Actually closer to train station, so the district looks like you can expect around train stations but it is not so bad compared to some Italian cities. The apartment is in the 3rd floor and the room was quite huge. AC worked just fine. Fast WiFi. Hot water. Everything clean and tidy. Silent in the night, I slept well, even though the bed was bit too soft for me. Communication with the owner on whatasapp. I was given keys and instructions after my arrival. In the morning, Maria made me a breakfast according to my preference, she was friendly and helpful. All good, thanks!

This lovely little hotel (aka boutique rooms) were exceptional. Fantastic location in the heart of Reggio. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern, I can't recommend this place enough along with the communication from the property since we were unfamiliar with booking accommodation in Italy. Andre was incredibly helpful and clear with instructions. Upon check out I bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so nice. The whole stay was nothing short of awesome and really great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt.
