The authenticity of the place led us to book it and the fact that we had the entire place to ourselves. The area is surrounded by mountains and woods, we‘be had lots of spaces to relax (both inside and outside). The hosts met us with lovely coffee and biscuits and we’ve had a lovely chat.

We stayed only one night but the location is magnificent, on top of the hill, away from the noice of the streets. Very beautiful landscape for breakfast in the terrace. The owners are kind and friendly. The rooms clean and comfy A 30 mins walk can lead you to the lake ruffino, and also in 10 mins by car you can arrive at good restaurants in the proximity of the lake.

    Wonderful host who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Beautiful and comfortable flat with a lovely garden (as promised!) Excellent breakfast and snacks. Excellent value. Lots of cats. Can't ask for any more!

    Fantastic house, very spacious and stylish furnished, outdoor space is also nice around the house. Very quiet surroundings. Good for walking. Host has a great feeling for hospitality. I will definitely plan to come back.

    Very friendly and helpful family that operates the B&B as well as an adjacent restaurant (excellent food). The rooms were very clean and modern and the location in Montefortino was very accessible. It is a charming and tranquil place to stay.
