The host was waiting for us out front when we arrived, which was very nice. He gave plenty of info about places to eat. The place was big enough for 8 of us (plus dog). Very clean and quiet.

Absolute great stay. Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Excellent. Very comfortable, clean, excellent location. Very friendly and hospitable host who communicated via WhatsApp before I arrived to ensure I had all the information I needed. Tea, coffee and modest breakfast provided. I had a room upgrade from the singe room I'd booked which wad also a nice surprise.

We were greeted with warm welcome. Host, Elizabeth is amazing. Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi. Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc. A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room. The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous.
