From the outside quite plain but inside was stunning spacious with a lovely bathroom and big bedroom. Breakfast included was an understatement so many choices. About 15 minutes walk from old town which was easy to find even in the dark.

The owner was so lovely, she told us all about the history of the building, the city and the surrounding area. We had a great time, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was generous! This place is definitely worth a detour just to enjoy the town and this hotel.

Everything was great. The room was clean and beutyfull and the view from the room is green and relaxing. The vilage is close to the main road and the location is perfect, just an hour from rome, if you are looking for a quite peacefull place afer landing. Leonardo welcomed us with a smile and was helpfull.
