Riccardo was extremely helpful even before we arrived, providing clear and practical information on how to get to the apartment from Palermo Airport. The fare he recommended was reasonable, and his insights about Palermo and the neighborhood around the apartment were incredibly helpful. The property is newly opened (just this year in 2025), but it’s already run with the professionalism of a long-established hotel. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully lit — it truly felt like a 5-star stay. The apartment is inside a 200-year-old building, but everything inside is modern, stylish, and comfortable. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen, though with so many restaurants nearby, we barely used it! The location couldn’t be more strategic — it’s right on the main street, just a few steps from the iconic Quattro Canti, with shops, cafes, and major Palermo attractions all around you. At night, we appreciated the electric metal window shutters that completely blocked out street noise, allowing for a quiet and restful sleep despite being in the lively heart of the city. If you’re staying in the center of Palermo, I highly recommend B&B Quattro Canti Deluxe — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm Sicilian hospitality.

I had such a wonderful stay here, I don’t even know where to begin… the bnb itself is beautiful, clean, quiet, and safe, and the location is super convenient (3-5 min walk from the train and bus terminal, close to good local eateries and main attractions). The room was spacious and had everything you could need: a big comfortable bed, a bottle of water, a luggage rack and plenty of storage space, a wide screen tv with Netflix (!), a desk and chair, toiletries, etc etc etc :). Breakfast at nearby Ciccio’s could be taken at your leisure and besides a coffee/cappuccino you could choose a fresh, warm croissant (I tried one with pistachio and one with ricotta and chocolate chips, both were delicious :) ) But it was the kindness and amazing heart of Rosario that really made my stay special and truly memorable. I almost cry when I think of everything he did for me without being asked, from taking me around the city and showing me places I wouldn’t have seen otherwise, to somehow getting me in to see one of my favourite operas at the Teatro Massimo. He always seemed concerned about my happiness and well-being, and as a solo traveler I deeply appreciated this. I feel really blessed to have met him and my time in Palermo wouldn’t have been as lovely without his guidance and effort. He and his daughter are absolute gems and I hope we cross paths again someday.

    Perfect location in Mondello, 4min walk to the beach. Private parking such a luxury in this busy area. The room had everything we needed and the addition of a fantastic coffee machine, juicer for fresh orange juice and fresh fruit for the mornings. Just perfect. And the quiet private terrace was idyllic - would love to return!
