I had a wonderful stay at San Donato Policlinico BBKing in Milan. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city while still offering a quiet retreat. The room was beautifully decorated, featuring modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel inviting. We stayed here as a group and had such a great experience! The Bistro is clean, with big, well-maintained facilities, and all our rooms were spacious and really comfortable — perfect for relaxing together after a full day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though their English wasn’t perfect, they really went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to the owner — very hands-on, hardworking, and always around making sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, luminous, and beautifully decorated. On top of that, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and the commodities available very useful (coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge). The high definition TV had plenty of channel options and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The location is great - quiet and central if you want to explore the historic centre of Milan by foot, and just a few minutes away from the nearest metro stop which connects you to Milan's main train station in no time. There is no onsite reception, but the self check-in instructions were very clear and the communication through WhatsApp went smoothly at all times.

The apartment is in excellent location very close to the central station. Self check-in was smooth and seamless thanks to the detailed instructions sent by the host. Communication was great. Breakfast in an Italian bar nearby was a nice touch to allow the guests to experience the Italian atmosphere.The room is modern and well designed with all the amenities.
