From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

Location was perfect. Perfect if you want to visit nearby cities like Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno. Montecatini Terme were surprisingly nice with a lot of nice Italian restaurants. Garden of the house was amazing, such a nice place to have drink or grill. Loads of flowers. Breakfast also was great, owner asked us if we want something special and she provided us with what we want.

    Located about 1.4km from train station, 700m from old town in the Convivio area. Shared facilities were good plus the views from the balcony looking at the mountains were terrific. A quiet, rural type location which suited us perfectly. Very well equipped including washing machine & full kitchen.
