This was an excellent property, beautiful location with an excellent modern interior. The real beauty of this accommodation was the staff. Not only did they offer to give me lifts into town (after a long day of walking on the Via Francigena)but they also were happy to take me back to the route the next morning. I’d like to thank them for their kindness and generosity.

Cinzia the owner is a warm and welcoming host. We were allocated a spacious king size bedded room which was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Mattress on the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Definitely was value for money. The breakfast was the best I had experienced in any location stayed with Booking.com. There was even a hot omelette option. The breakfast banquet was more than sufficient. The location is 110m from Pinocchio Park. An optimum location for those travelling with children. Could not fault this home away from home.

From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

Everything. The location was fantastic. Easily is the best location within the walls of Montecarlo. We really enjoyed the cozy courtyard immediately outside the building. The owners went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel exceptionally welcome. The room was charming and well presented. We were even lucky enough to have the only room with a small private balcony. The breakfast was the best we have had during our time in Italy. They put on homemade pastries, cakes, yoghurt and granola as well as more. We would highly recommend making the most of the fantastic wine available whilst playing a game of chess in the courtyard. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Btw there is a gelato place just 80 meters a way tha served amazing ice cream!
