The location is close to the train station and the city centre but in a quiet side road. It was possible to take the bicycle into the apartment. The doubleroom was spacious and clean. The communal kitchen is completely new and extremely well equipped, you’ll also find ironing boards and machine and for an extra fee can use the washing machine! The owner is very welcoming and available to answer any questions you might have related to your stay.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The room is well-equipped and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Located directly by the sea, the property offers easy access to a sandy beach and a promenade ideal for long walks. Follonica provides an authentic Italian experience, as it is not heavily frequented by foreign tourists. Its proximity to numerous sightseeing destinations across Tuscany, as well as to beautiful beaches toward Punta Ala, makes it an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
