Very beautiful building, very central. Easy check in and out and communication was very helpful ( re parking ). Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered a lovely selection all in a beautiful high ceilinged room. We loved our stay

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

Great accomodation in Pistoia! Fabrizio was very kind and helpful! Nice large room, great bathroom, nice positioning near the city center, good and enclosed parking place. Breakfast at the bars nearby (typically Italian - pastry or sandwich and drink - of course coffee first, we are in Italy 👌). Even though the AC wasn't working the host managed to accomodate us in a proper manner by providing a portable cooler. One night was very hot and we were needed to sleep with our windows largely opened. In the rest of the stay (another 2 nights) temperatures were very pleasant.

I arrived after a 2.5 day coach journey from London with not much sleep to an amazing room(The Romantic room) with a huge welcoming bath tub perfection. Hosts were amazingly hospitable and helpful. Was planing to go to Pisa but I couldn’t leave the fantastic pool what was the point? It was so hot. Made the best choice I’ll do it on another trip which will be very soon. This is my new favourite place and it will be for ever 😊😊😊. The restaurant was also faultless amazing food amazing staff don’t know what to say🤷‍♀️ Hoping to bring a friend before the end of summer 😊

    Great place, small hotel, but with everything you need. Clean, nice, well-equipped. Wonderful and helpful owners. Italian breakfasts ;) Private, closed parking space. B&B is close to the center with lots of tasty and charming restaurants and close to the train station, which made Pistoja an ideal place for trips to Florence. I definitely, highly recommend it.

    Wow! What a beautiful stay! Everything was fantastic, from the location, view, privacy, quietness, cleanliness, host, and overall experience! It's in a very large family home with a completely seperate entrance making it feel very private. The host is so sweet and accommodating. There's plenty of space for private parking, and an included breakfast with great cappuccino! Bed is comfy and shower was great! Highly recommend if you're in the area!

    The B&B has a great location in an antique building (very well maintained) right in the city center of Pistoia. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was helpful and easy going. Beds are comfortable. Feels like home!
